Project Overview

2M Creative played a key role in the delivery of the Thailand Pavilion at AIME 2012, providing exhibition design support, construction management and technical coordination to create a highly visible destination showcase within one of the Asia-Pacific region’s leading travel and tourism events.

Designed to promote Thailand as a premier international tourism destination, the pavilion combined strong visual branding with functional meeting and networking spaces, creating an engaging environment for industry professionals, travel partners and event attendees.

The project involved the delivery of a wide range of custom-built exhibition elements, including bespoke display structures, feature walls, branded signage and integrated presentation areas. Each component was carefully coordinated to ensure a consistent visual identity while supporting the operational requirements of a busy international trade exhibition.

In addition to the physical construction of the pavilion, 2M Creative coordinated the delivery of key technical infrastructure, including overhead rigging, feature lighting and power distribution. These elements were integrated to maximise visibility across the exhibition floor, enhance the visitor experience and ensure the pavilion operated seamlessly throughout the event.

Through close collaboration with event organisers, suppliers and project stakeholders, the pavilion was successfully delivered as a complete exhibition environment that balanced functionality, technical performance and strong destination branding. The result was a highly engaging tourism showcase that provided an effective platform for business development, networking and destination promotion throughout AIME 2012.
